  • Battery Replacement:

    All of our watches come with batteries, some item include one battery, and some include two batteries. As your requirement, we will assemble Chinese battery or Japanese battery, the life time of Chinese battery is approximate 10 months, and Japanese battery is about 18 months. As the battery changing requires special tools and expertise, your battery replacement should be done by an expert. Don't try and do it yourself.

  • Water Proof:

    As your order requirement, some of our item could be done in 1ATM (10 meters waterproof), 3ATM (30 meters waterproof), 5ATM (50 meters waterproof). 1ATM just could be used in wash face, spit raining. 3ATM and 5ATM could be showering, swimming. But no matter what kinds of waterproof, open the watch or try to remove the case-back will stop it being watertight and possibly stop it from working. Ensure the button not press or the crow is fully pushed in before you will be wet. Worn regularly in water, your watch would gradually lose its water resistance, which could prove disastrous, so try to avoid use the watch in the water.

  • Guarantee:

    Generally, we will supply 1% spare parts (watch case, band, movement) when we make order. We will sure each watch is the same with the confirmed sample when we deliver the goods to you. And you can arrange the QC to our factory to inspect the goods before delivery. Within 6--12 months (according to the item you order) after delivery, if the watch movement has any problem, collect all this kinds of faulty goods together then send them back to our factory for repairing , and the freight on your side.
